Chapter breakdown

Lauda, anima has a heading of trust in God alone and an Alleluia of Aggeus and Zacharias. The soul is called to praise; the speaker will praise throughout life and sing while he has being. Trust is forbidden in princes and children of men, in whom salvation is absent. Their spirit shall go forth, they return to earth, and thoughts perish that day. Burial scenes and particular political policies are not specified.

Blessed is the one helped by Jacob’s God and hoping in the maker of heaven, earth, sea and all within them. He keeps truth forever, gives judgment to wronged people and food to hungry people, loosens fettered people, enlightens the blind, raises the cast down and loves the just. The stated enlightenment is not converted into a clinical treatment description.

He keeps strangers, will support orphan and widow and will destroy sinners’ ways. He shall reign forever, Sion’s God through generations. These future statements do not become completed assistance or a postexilic rebuilding episode.
